YULIA RUDMAN studied classical ballet in Russia since she was 5 and grew up with a passion for dance and movement. After injuring her knee during marathon training, she discovered Pilates and all its magic. She completed Pilates training through Balanced Body at Center of Balance with Tom McCook and Evangeline Williams. She has a B.S. in Nutrition and uses holistic approach in improving your physical health. She also studied biology, anatomy and kinesiology. Yulia classes are focused on precision of the movement, concentration and correct alignment. Yulia loves helping her clients discover their full potential and achieve their fitness goals.
